What is the Wedding & Event Replay Kit? It’s a service that provides you with easy-to-use cameras for your friends and family to film your wedding day, which we then professionally edit into a final video for you.
How does it work? First, you reserve your kit. We deliver it to you before your event. Your friends and family use the cameras to film. Afterward, you return the kit to us, and we professionally edit all the footage into your final videos.
What's included in a kit? Both the Standard and Platinum kits include handheld cameras with stabilization, wireless microphones, monopods, mini-tripods, and extended batteries. The Platinum kit includes an additional third camera and a full-size tripod.
How easy are the cameras to use? They are very simple. To turn them on, you just rotate the screen. To start recording, you press the red circle button.
What if we need help on the day of the wedding? We provide day-of support via phone or text to assist you with any questions.
How long can the cameras record? Each camera comes with a 4-hour runtime card. The Platinum kit also includes an additional third camera for more coverage.
What kind of cameras are they? The cameras are compact, powerful, and capable of capturing high-quality video with built-in stabilization.
What are the key differences between the Standard and Platinum kits? The Standard Kit includes two cameras and a 3-5 minute highlight video. The Platinum Kit adds a third camera, a full-size tripod, and a longer 5-7 minute highlight video.
Cost & Delivery
How much does the Standard Double Kit cost? The Standard Double Kit costs $750.
How much does the Platinum Double Kit cost? The Platinum Double Kit costs $1000.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront? No, you have the option to pay a deposit and the remaining balance two weeks before your event. The deposit for the Standard Kit is $375, and for the Platinum Kit, it is $500.
When do we get the kit? The kit is delivered to you before the event.
How do we return the kit? After the event, you return the kit to My Replay Kit.
Final Videos & Editing
What do we get as a final product with the Standard Kit? You receive a 3-5 minute highlight video set to music, a complete ceremony video (if filmed on both cameras), and all the raw footage.
What do we get as a final product with the Platinum Kit? You receive a 5-7 minute highlight video with two songs, a complete ceremony video, and the raw footage.
How is the final video delivered? For both kits, the videos are delivered via digital download. The Platinum kit also includes the option for a physical drive to be mailed to you.
How long does it take to get our final videos? Digital delivery is provided within 3 weeks of us receiving your kit. If you also opt for a physical drive, it is mailed before 4 weeks.
Can we get all the raw footage? Yes, both the Standard and Platinum kits include all the raw footage from the day.
Can we choose the music for our highlight video? The highlight video is set to music, but the details of music selection are not specified.
Is there an additional charge for the full ceremony video? No, a complete ceremony video is included as a deliverable for both kits, as long as it's been filmed on both cameras.
